Town Court is held the third Tuesday (except for December - no court) of each month at Town Hall, 112 Main Street.
Tickets can be paid prior to court at
110 Main Street. Monday - Wednesday
9 am-12 pm & 1 - 5 pm.
Tickets can be mailed attention: Town of Chesterfield, Municipal Court, 110 Main Street, Chesterfield, SC 29709. Mailed payments must be paid by money order or cashier's check, NO personal checks. Credit or debit cards, see box (there is a fee to use this system).
