Regular meetings held the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted at Town Hall on bulletin board and press notified.  Special meetings are held if needed.  Special meetings are posted on the town's bulletin board when held and press notified.       Tentative schedule for 2026.  January 8, February 12, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12 and December 10.    Special meeting December 18, 2025

Held immediately following regular Council meeting the second Thursday of each month, unless otherwise posted at Town Hall on bulletin board.  Tentative schedule for 2026.  January 8, February 12, March 12,  April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12 and December 10.

Council Budget Work sessions (Informational only - no actions taken)

Are held as needed annually in April, May or June as part of the monthly briefing or separately and will be posted at Town Hall on bulletin board. (All formal action needed on any budget will be held at the monthly Council meetings or a special meeting should it be necessary.)  All meetings are posted on the town's bulletin board.

Architectural Review Board/Appearance Commission Meetings

 Held the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., if needed, unless otherwise posted at Town Hall on bulletin board.

 

​Chesterfield COUNTY Joint Planning Commission Meetings    County Website

Held the fourth Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at 178 Mill Street - Chesterfield County Council Chambers building.  (No meetings in November & December).  For information on the meeting contact Chesterfield County Building Codes 843-623-9615 or buildingcodes@chesterfieldcountysc.com.  Tentative 2025 schedule: January 23, February 27, March 27, April 24, May 22, June 26, July 24, August 28, September 25 & October 23.
