Meetings held at Town Hall, Olde Towne Centre, 112 Main Street.

Town Council  has limited seating.  For larger number  of guests please notify the office clerk (843-623-9104) so arrangements may be made for audio of the meeting.

Council Meetings/Special meetings                

Regular meetings held the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted at Town Hall on bulletin board.  Special meetings are held if needed.  Special meetings are posted on the town's bulletin board when held.

 For an agenda or proposed ordinance  please email cftmclerk@shtc.net.  Agendas are posted on the Town Hall's bulletin board.

 

Council Briefings (Informational only - no actions taken)

Held the Monday two weeks prior to the normal Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted at Town Hall on bulletin board.

Council Budget Work sessions (Informational only - no actions taken)

Are held as needed annually in April, May or June as part of the monthly briefing or separately and will be posted at Town Hall on bulletin board. (All formal action needed on any budget will be held at the monthly meetings.)

Architectural Review Board/Appearance Commission Meetings

 Held the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., if needed, unless otherwise posted at Town Hall on bulletin board.

 

Planning Commission Meetings

Held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., if needed, unless otherwise posted at Town Hall on bulletin board.
