How to Obtain a Building Permit

Building Permits are performed by Safebuilt.
Business License are required prior to the building permits located at 112 Main Street. or online. Click Here

Building Permits are required for all new construction and for repairs/renovations.

All new homes require a plan review & plans should be submitted with the permit application. All commercial projects require a plan review prior to permit issuance. Plan review application must be submitted with plans. Review comments are typically provided 7-10 business days after payment are processed. Plats must be provided.
